本案为复式楼，通过设计改造具备功能实用的住宅.室内使用面积为220m2.为一三口之家为依据进行设计,突出简约时尚。以现代设计风格为主调,全面考虑,在总体布局方面,满足三口之家生活上的需求,主要装修材料为素色橡木面板，黑钢及波浪板银泊面，仿木纹石墙砖为装饰饰面,以素色橡木面板塑造素雅的格调，大面积的仿木纹石墙砖丰富了空间的层次，灰木纹地砖大面积的铺贴区分了墙与地面的色对比，客厅与餐厅相通结合使整个空间充满和谐，爵士白楼梯在玻璃栏河衬托下显得格外简洁现代,从整体感觉上追求面与面的对比，营造轻松自然的氛围。
