空间本质在于关系与情感，前者出于逻辑，后者出于感性。 不形与色，是形式克制下的美学与空间对话。

著名设计师约翰·奥姆斯比·西蒙兹曾在其著作《启迪》中说：“如果我是一名牧师，当开车经过或驶进教堂时，它是否表现出了那些令我为之奉献一生的精神特质？”在他看来空间传递的情感信息非常重要，空间关系与形式要素都要围绕传递情感而存在。

空间与人发生关系的过程也是情绪传递的过程，设计试图用色彩营造情绪与空间使用者去发生关系，橙色是阿里巴巴的企业标准色，橙白色彩关系营造出轻松活力、散而有序的空间体验。

用橙白构建空间感官和视觉冲击，利用块面的穿插与排列，创造时尚、轻松的空间氛围，在清新的色调中，工作节奏得到缓和，工作压力得到分解。

在空间中铸造一个结构装置“力”，用它来传递人与空间的对话，“力”结构装置是“使命与担当”的诠释，拥抱变化拥抱未来是阿里巴巴企业价值观的使命与担当，“力”装置在空间中是阿里巴巴企业文化与员工行为的对话与传承；

在办公区划分出来休息、洽谈区域，闲暇之余员工可在这里沟通交流或是阅读小歇。打破传统办公空间的呆板、严肃形象，给予办公者最大程度的自主性，释放办公体验，激发不同的办公文化与诉求。

不纠缠于琐碎，用极简的设计阐释空间美学，去繁就简剔除多余的装饰元素，用最直白的设计语言营造新办公空间体验氛围。空间实现自我演化，是改变传统办公模式与空间形态的过程，是让它更贴合未来企业发展与升级的体验需求，也是一个企业的视野与姿态。

The use of orange and white to construct spatial senses and visual impact, using the interspersed and arranged orange and white blocks to create a stylish, relaxed space atmosphere, in the fresh color, the work rhythm is relaxed, the work pressure is decomposed.

Casting a structural device "force" in space, using it to convey the dialogue between man and space, "force" structure device is the interpretation of "mission and responsibility", embracing change and embracing the future is Alibaba corporate mission and responsibility, "force" The installation is a dialogue and inheritance of Alibaba corporate culture and employee behavior in space;

In the office area, you can break down rest and negotiate areas. Employees can communicate or reading here in spare time. Breaking the rigid and serious image of traditional office space, giving the greatest degree of autonomy to office of the people, releasing the office experience and inspiring different office culture and appeals.
